Personal Training
Personal Training – By listening to
every client’s specific needs we are able to evaluate
and develop a structured program that will enable them to
reach their wellness and fitness goals. As certified trainers
we play many roles in the client/trainer relationship. We
motivate, inspire, educate, and coach all of our customers
to levels once accepted as unattainable. For goal adherence,
programs are documented and monitored for progress. Periodic
meetings are scheduled with the client to discuss progress
and current goals.
Partner Training
Partner training, which is defined as two
clients sharing one trainer, tends to appeal to spouses, siblings,
close friends, work colleagues, and even parents with their
children. For optimum results it’s recommended that
both partners be in agreement on the desired fitness goal.

Small Group Training
Small group training, defined as 3-5 people,
appeals to all ages and fitness levels. This is a valuable
tool for sport teams, special interest groups, and those who
don’t mind sharing their session with others. This has
been used as a bonding tool amongst team and family members.
Sports Performance
Sports Performance – Whether a recreational
or professional athlete, skills can be improved with our sports-performance
workshops. Drills emphasizing power, agility, speed, and injury
prevention are key in giving that competitive edge. Exercises
are created that mimic functional movements of the desired
sport. This is a must for an athlete suffering a training
plateau.
By perfecting motoring patterns,
proprioceptive skills, and body awareness improvements are
seen almost immediately!
